Post renovation and post construction cleaning services vary, depending on the state of the location prior to cleaning. If the location has not been professionally cleaned prior, chances are the starting cost would be higher regarding the state of clean.

8hrs @ $50 = $400

Approx $920 to clean a 2 level, 1,500 sqft post construction residential property, excluding materials.

Typically these cleans are done in stages.

We break this down into the simply green clean, premium clean and luxurious clean.

Examples based on a 2 storey, 1,500 sqft townhome;

Simply Green is the first stage clean, occurring before hardware installation, appliance installation, etc to prepare the area is clean. Simply Green cleans vary between 3-5 hours per unit. Covering everything on our post renovation/construction checklist.

Premium is the second stage clean, this is typically the longest stage clean in the process. These cleans vary between 6-9 hours each and typically take place after the first coat of paint, flooring is complete, tiling is complete & prior to hardware/faucet installations.

Luxurious clean is the third & final stage clean, this varies between 4-6 hours. An additional 3 hours allotted time is included, in case of any other worker delays or emergency maintenance needs. This clean covers the full post renovation/construction checklist and can be completed up to 4 times before unit showing.
